MERdiaplate in heat-treated rolled execution provides several advantages over a cast execution. High-level of resistance against breakage in particular under high, dynamic loads and being exposed to heavy strain on the working surface as a result of impact, shock or friction. Consequently, the MERdiaplate doubles the lifetime and thus reduce costs for maintenance, downtime and operational risks.
