The cooler plate is born

The efficiency of grate plates in clinker coolers of the older generation tends to be low and the reciprocating system is still used in newer clinker cooler generations.

The filed-proven POCKETplate will increase efficiency and thus reduce costs without additional investments or modifications.

MERseal - The unique side sealing

MERseal closes the gap between the clinker cooler side walls and the outer cooler plate with a flexible sealing element which absorbs thermal expansion. MERseal channels the cooling air flow and hence saves energy.
